Dark Harbor Magazine Internship

Coming Soon

Dark Harbor Magazine is building a professional internship program that reflects our values as both a publication and a community. We believe literary citizenship means not only publishing powerful work, but also creating opportunities for the next generation of publishing professionals to gain meaningful experience.

This internship will be the first step in what we hope becomes a long tradition of mentorship and professional growth. It will be designed for individuals who are serious about working in publishing and who want to understand how a magazine of record in commercial horror operates. From the first submission received to the final published piece, interns will see the work that goes into producing a publication built on quality, integrity, and a commitment to the field.

Our goal is simple: to open the doors of horror publishing wider. Dark Harbor Magazine has always been more than a magazine—it is a platform, a proving ground, and a community hub. The internship program is an extension of that mission. It will offer structured opportunities for participants to contribute meaningfully while developing the kind of professional habits and insights that carry forward into future careers.

This page will serve as the central home for information about the internship. As details are finalized, including eligibility, application requirements, and program structure, they will be published here.
